I am like a monkey when . . . I swing on a monkey swing. I am like a monkey when I hug, because monkeys hug. I hug my Mom every day. Monkeys kiss sometimes. I kiss my Mom every day.

I am like a monkey when . . . I like to play. I like to swing on the monkey bars. I like to climb the tree with my friends. And best of all I like a piggy back ride! My mom gave me a piggy back ride and it was fun. I love being a monkey. It is fun.

We're zoologists researching elephants!

Other groups are researching pandas, tigers, and eagles.

We're reading to find answers to our questions about them.

We're recording information learned on data charts.

Information from charts will be used to create group reports and projects.
